As the pre dyed weft yarns are woven into the cloth, the pattern magically reappears. Its just amazing that things line up the way they do, that all the measuring and dying and spooling can all be planned so well. The tools are primitive, they haven't changed since hundreds of years.

- Do Not Tumble Dry: This care symbol looks like a square with a circle inside it and a diagonal line through the circle. It indicates that the brocade fabric should not be tumble dried. High heat can cause the fabric to shrink or become distorted.
- Do Not Bleach: It indicates that the brocade fabric should not be bleached. Bleaching can weaken the fibers and cause the colors to fade or become discolored.
- Iron on Low Heat: It indicates that the brocade fabric can be ironed on low heat. Use a pressing cloth to protect the delicate fibers and avoid applying too much pressure to the fabric.
